Employers can post a free hiring request or find-a-mentor request. Recruiters and mentors browse a lead inbox and pay from their wallet to unlock contact details — capped so requesters hear from a few providers, not dozens. Lead unlocks are built but switched off until pricing goes live.
You pay the gig price and nothing on top. Payment is settled directly between buyer and seller for now. When online checkout is offered, it appears on the order. The platform's flat 5% is the seller's side, never added to your price.
Yes. Bizam works in modern mobile browsers in twelve languages. Native app shells exist, but the web product is the launch experience.
